Welcome friends! Decorating for Christmas has always been a passion of mine, and I’m excited to share some images of our home all dressed up for the holidays this year! We had an exciting move back to Phoenix this past May and it’s always fun decorating a new space.
Our Christmas feature of last year’s décor came out this month in the December 2014 issue of Central Valley Magazine. I did some freelance work for them when we lived in Fresno for a two year stay.
It’s always exciting to see your work published! This four page article of decorating tips and tutorials, was written by me and included photography from both myself and the magazine’s photographer. We had fun participating.
This year’s setup includes our main Christmas tree in the living room when you walk in, and the dinning room tabletop is decorated as well. Joel built an amazing hall tree and for us in our entryway recently, and it’s a fun place for favorite seasonal items. The banister has a pretty swag of garland that is new this year including those pretty faux pinecones, and our family room has a decorated mantel and nooks.
Our kitchen has a pretty tabletop tree with chalkboard ornaments from Target and these pretty white deer heads from Lowe’s this year! Check out the pretty Santa on the right my mom recently gifted us! Love it!
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas from my home to yours!
